It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on PostGDS.in infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below to file a DMCA notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will promptly investigate the claim, and if deemed appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which PostGDS.in may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If that party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers.
